If you wish to complain, we request you do this within three months of your initial contact or incident. If you delay any longer, this could affect our ability to effectively investigate your complaint. In some cases, a long delay will mean that we will not be able to consider the matter at all.
We will acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days. In most cases, we will aim to respond in full within 28 calendar days.
