We can’t fly
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) relies on the generosity of people and businesses across both counties to remain operational, providing a first-class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
Whether you’d like to leave EHAAT a major gift, become a regular giver or leave a donation in memory of your loved one, you can have an immensely positive impact on our charity, allowing us to plan for the future while ensuring we can continue to be there for people in their darkest hour.
By giving a major gift, you can play a crucial role in helping EHAAT continue to be there for people in their time of need while becoming more resilient and driving forward with new ideas and clinical innovations. Your donation can be focused on a specific item or area of our work or flexible to support our diverse needs. We’re always happy to discuss this with you and keep you updated about the impact of your support.
Trusts & Foundations
We’ve developed longstanding relationships with trusts and foundations, with generous donations helping the charity fund vital medical equipment, develop and improve the advanced clinical treatment and care we can deliver and continually improve our support services for patients. Whether your trust or foundation would like to help EHAAT invest in fuel for our helicopters, ultrasound machines, ventilators, medical bags or any other item or area of our work, we can work closely with you to meet your objectives.
We build positive, proactive and resilient partnerships with organisations of all sizes, working together to deliver truly tailored and collaborative opportunities. The support we receive from businesses across Essex and Hertfordshire enables EHAAT to continue delivering our free life-saving air ambulance emergency medical service whilst we can learn more about your objectives and enhance your CSR profile, raising employee awareness and customer engagement.
Payroll Giving, also known as ‘Give As You Earn’ or ‘Workplace Giving’, is a flexible, easy and tax efficient way for both employees and employers to support Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT).
Leave us a gift in your Will
To leave a gift in your will ensures the future of a vital service to the community. A significant amount of donations come to us from our incredible supporters who leave a legacy in their will.
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance enables pre-hospital care doctors and critical care paramedics to be rushed to the scene of an incident. Their life-saving support equipment and expertise provides advanced clinical care that is normally only found in Emergency Departments.
Essex & Herts Air Ambulance recognises the importance of reaching out to the doctors, paramedics, pilots and fundraisers of the future – that’s why we want your school to get involved.
One of our hard-working representatives can host an engaging and educational assembly at your school. They can even bring our mascot, Pilot Pete along! Even better, all visits can be worked to fit your schedule.
