As Santa takes to the skies, our crews are working around the clock to save lives
Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere, at any time. When it does, every second matters. Survival depends on a chain of people ready to act – someone to call 999, someone to start CPR, someone to use a defibrillator, and specialist teams like ours to bring advanced care to the scene.
But that chain starts before the emergency; it starts with people like you. Your fundraising and donations help keep Essex & Herts Air Ambulance ready to respond, day and night.

Lights for Flights
Illuminate your home with lights and decorations, and ask friends, family and neighbours to sponsor your display
Carols, concerts or panto
Organise a Christmas performance for your community and collect donations on the door
Gather and give
Get together with friends and family over seasonal food and drink and ask everyone to bring a donation
Christmas jumper day
Get colleagues, classmates or club members into their Christmas best, paired with a shared lunch
Donate in Lieu
