Building Our Future Fleet
Raising £1m towards a new AW169 Helicopter

The Building our Future Fleet campaign aims to raise £1 million by 2024 towards the purchase of a new AW169 helicopter for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.
This project is vital as the next phase in securing the future of the charity and ensuring the ongoing impact of our lifesaving service. Our aim is to purchase this helicopter – the best for our mission in terms of how fast and how far it can travel, and the equipment and team it can accommodate – to replace our existing leased aircraft, so that as a charity we own two aircraft to deliver critical lifesaving care across Essex and Hertfordshire.

To deliver a real step change in our fleet and build our resilience for the future, we need support from across our region from individuals and families who have the passion and capacity to support this project on a personal level.
We ask you to join us as Founder of our Future Fleet by pledging a gift and helping us to raise £1 million.
Gifts can be pledged over up to 3 years, with tax efficient options, and we are committed to recognise the generosity of those who help make this possible. In joining us, you will become a valued part of our Essex & Herts Air Ambulance family.
