Essex & Herts Air Ambulance CEO Jane Gurney Embarks on an Exciting New Chapter

After 21 years of dedicated and distinguished service, Jane Gurney has stepped down as CEO of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) to pursue an exciting new chapter. Her time at EHAAT has been defined by vision, passion, and an unwavering commitment to the charity’s mission.

Jane’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping EHAAT into the organisation it is today, and we are immensely grateful for the lasting impact she has made. As she moves forward, we celebrate her contributions and wish her every success in the future.

As we begin the search for our next CEO, EHAAT remains in strong and capable hands under the leadership of Acting CEO Jonathan Ager, who has been with EHAAT for eight years. Supported by the experienced Executive Team, Jonathan will ensure continuity as we move forward.

Reflecting on her time with EHAAT, Jane Gurney said:
