DonateThe Flight Before Christmas will bring carols, festive favourites and seasonal readings to the beautiful St John the Baptist with Our Lady and St Laurence Church this December.
Everyone is invited to celebrate the festive season during The Flight Before Christmas, a special Christmas concert taking place at St John the Baptist with Our Lady and St Laurence Church on Friday 18 December 2026, in support of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of the historic church, the evening will feature live performances, traditional carols, festive favourites and seasonal readings, bringing families and friends together for an unforgettable Christmas celebration.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early and make an evening of it. Younger visitors can meet Santa in his Grotto before the concert, while the whole family can enjoy festive refreshments before taking their seats for the performance.
Mark Jarman-Howe, CEO Essex & Herts Air Ambulance: “The Flight Before Christmas promises to be a truly special evening, filled with festive music, warmth and Christmas spirit in the beautiful setting of this wonderful Church.”
“It is an opportunity for families and friends to celebrate Christmas together while supporting our life-saving work. Every ticket sold will help our crews remain ready to respond when someone across Essex, Hertfordshire or the surrounding areas needs us most.”
The Flight Before Christmas is proudly supported by festive sponsor, Woodland Group, whose generous support is helping Essex and Herts Air Ambulance bring this special celebration to the local community.
