DonateEssex & Herts Air Ambulance were once again thrilled to be charity partner for the hotly anticipated Beresfords Property Dinner, which took place on Thursday 18th September at the prestigious Pan Pacific Hotel, London.

The event raised an incredible £52,808 in aid of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) – the highest total in the event’s six-year history.
Supported by headline sponsor Rightmove, the annual charity dinner brought together more than 300 guests from across the property industry and regional business community for an evening of celebration, fundraising and community spirit.
Alongside Rightmove, the event was supported by Mode Photo, Agent Canvassing, Libre Solutions, Sona Insurance, FCC Paragon, Reapit, Handelsbanken, Tidywork and Dedman Gray.
Guests enjoyed a drinks reception, three-course dinner, auction and luxury raffle, with all proceeds going directly to support the lifesaving work of EHAAT. The evening featured a moving on-stage conversation between EHAAT patient George Peasgood and Dr Gareth Grier, EHAAT’s Centre for Excellence Associate Medical Director, reflecting on the critical care that saved George’s life following a serious head injury.

Beresfords has been a proud long-term supporter of EHAAT, raising more than £120,000 for the charity to date.
Paul Beresford, CEO of Beresfords, said:
“We are absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who attended and supported this year’s event. Moving the dinner to London was a bold step, but it paid off in every sense — not only did we raise a record-breaking total, but we also welcomed more partners, supporters and guests than ever before.
“A huge thank you to Rightmove for their invaluable headline sponsorship, and to everyone who donated, bid and took part. Every penny raised will go straight to the frontline — saving lives and making a real difference in our local communities.”
Rob Goodwin, Area Director at Rightmove, added:
“It’s been a privilege to support this fantastic event and see first-hand the impact the hardworking Beresfords team continues to have. The energy in the room last night was electric — it’s clear this is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a movement that brings the industry together each year for a cause that truly matters.”
Mark Jarman-Howe, CEO of Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, said:
“This incredible total is a testament to the generosity and community spirit that defines Beresfords and their partners. We’re so thankful to everyone who attended, donated and bid on the night — your support helps ensure our teams can continue delivering life-saving care, day and night, across Essex and Hertfordshire. Beresfords have been long-standing champions of our charity, and we’re truly humbled by their ongoing commitment.”
As always Essex & Herts Air Ambulance is extremely grateful to the team at Beresfords Estate Agents, especially Nicki Treffers and the marketing team, for their continued dedication and support of their local life-saving charity.
