There is still time for dog lovers to take part in the Autumn Heli Hounds event organised by Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT). As well as a walk starting at 10am on Sunday October 14th at the Charity’s Hertfordshire fundraising office at Church End, Little Hadham on the A120, there will be a range of dog-related attractions.

These include a dog show with a range of fun classes enter, including; Best Puppy, Best Veteran, Best Rescue and Fancy Dress.

One of the highlights will be a visit from TV dog behaviourist Dima Yeremenko, who has worked with the likes of Paul O’Grady and Noel Fitzpatrick. Dima will also be doing demonstrations and giving out top training tips.

Participants will also be able to enjoy a pop-up photo booth for dogs, games and agility tests to take part in, stalls to browse and much more,

EHAAT Events Manager Fay Boissieux said: “We know how much our dog-owning supporters love our Heli Hounds events, so we have been working hard to make sure this Autumn’s event will be better than ever.

As well as a brand new route to enjoy, there will be lots of attractions and activities to keep you and your dog entertained. Whether you have got a young pedigree or an aging mongrel, there will be something for everyone.

“We are really grateful to our headline sponsor Fin & Fur and our event sponsors Bishops Stortford Veterinary Hospital and David Watson Transport for helping to make the event a success.”

This event helps raise much-needed funds for the Charity, with much of this coming through sponsorship. Dog walkers are encouraged to set up a JustGiving page and ask friends and family to support our EHAAT’s life-saving work.
