Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Aeromedical Conference, Minds Matter, placed a focus on mental health in the public sector, discussing mental health, stress, and PTSD in the pre-hospital environment. Delegate speakers from around the globe looked at the impact of work undertaken in the pre-hospital environment and its affect on patients, their relatives and its employees.
